1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bleko platform at trybleko.com (“Service”), operated by BeLive Labs Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”, “Bleko”), a company incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, based in Toronto, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bleko is a travel planning platform that generates personalised travel itineraries using artificial intelligence. Our Service provides:

• AI-generated travel itineraries based on your onboarding preferences
• Visa and entry requirement suggestions (informational only)
• Budget estimates and accommodation suggestions
• Links to third-party booking platforms

Bleko is not a licensed travel agency, immigration advisor, or legal advisor. All travel plans are AI-generated suggestions and should be independently verified before making any bookings or travel decisions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Bleko, you agree to:

• Verify visa and entry requirements independently with official government sources (e.g. embassy websites, IATA Timatic) before booking or travelling
• Confirm hotel, flight, and activity availability directly with providers before making financial commitments
• Check travel advisories from your government before travelling to any destination
• Ensure valid travel documents including passports with sufficient validity, required visas, and travel insurance
• Provide accurate information during onboarding to receive relevant suggestions

4. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

Bleko contains links to third-party services including booking platforms, tour operators, and travel service providers. We participate in affiliate programs and may earn commission from the following partners:

• Booking.com — hotel and accommodation bookings (Affiliate ID: 2850559)
• GetYourGuide — tours, activities, and experiences
• Airalo — eSIM and mobile data services

Affiliate commissions do not affect our recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are based solely on your travel profile and preferences, not on commission rates. We are not responsible for the services, pricing, policies, or actions of any third-party provider.

5. Intellectual Property

BLEKO™ is a trademark of BeLive Labs Solutions Inc. All content, design, code, and branding on the Service are owned by or licensed to BeLive Labs Solutions Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• All travel plans and suggestions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• Bleko is not liable for denied boarding, visa refusals, travel disruptions, booking errors, or any losses arising from use of the Service
• Bleko is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated content including visa information, pricing estimates, or hotel recommendations
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (currently $0, as the Service is free)

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect onboarding data (passport country, travel preferences, email) to generate your itinerary. Data is stored in your browser's local storage only and is not retained on our servers after your plan is generated.

8. Service Availability

Bleko is currently free to use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We make no guarantees about continued free access, uptime, or the accuracy of travel information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
